01 Purpose

All products offered by Southern Aminos are classified as research-use-only materials. They are not classified, marketed, or intended as:

• A medical device or diagnostic tool
• A product approved or evaluated by the FDA or any regulatory authority for human use
A product safe for human or animal consumption in any form

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Southern Aminos, its officers, employees, directors, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Any use of Southern Aminos products, even if the product is defective or mislabeled

• Any interruption or discontinuation of our website, services, or order processing

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Southern Aminos, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and service providers from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of Southern Aminos products
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable policy
• Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Content you post, publish, or share about Southern Aminos products on any platform
• Any misrepresentation you make about Southern Aminos or our products on any platform
• Any harm caused by your redistribution or unauthorized reselling of our products

This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of your account and continues to apply to you, your heirs, successors, and permitted assigns.

Final Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Southern Aminos Privacy Policy, Research Use Only Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Chargeback Policy, and Complaint Policy, constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Southern Aminos regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products.

If any provision is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

The failure of Southern Aminos to enforce any provision of this Policy does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Southern Aminos may assign its rights and obligations under this Policy to any successor entity, assignee, or purchaser in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
