5. Shipping & Delivery

Southern Aminos currently ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Delivery times are subject to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (for applicable territories), and other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the shipping carrier or left at the delivery address. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Southern Aminos is not liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact
• A receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) is required
• Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy
• Sale items, promotional products, and bundled items may be subject to different return conditions

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item being shipped.

Southern Aminos reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or that are received outside the 30-day return window.
